U16s off to a great start.
Glenville U16s got the 2025 season off to a good start on Saturday 22nd as they hosted Liscarroll/Churchtown Gaels in the North Cork Div 1 Football League.
Glenville got off to a good start registering 1-10 to no score. Liscarroll never laid down though and racked up 1-3 in the last 5 minutes of the second half, putting a very different complexion on the scoreboard at half time.
Now playing uphill into a decent breeze, Glenville rallied well, maintained their discipline and played as a team to keep the visitors under constant pressure. The final score was Glenville 4-16, Liscarroll/Churchtown Gaels 2-7.
Rebels' Bounty
The rebel bounty draw for 2025 has now opened up. As with last year, both Watergrasshill and Glenville clubs will be working together on this. Both clubs would appreciate if everyone could support and purchase a ticket.
Funds raised from this draw will continue to help Watergrasshill and Glenville with the ongoing development activities in both clubs.
The ticket price for 2025 is €100 to join the draw for 12 months.

Card (Pay €100 in full by Credit or Debit Card TODAY)
Enter in your card details and Select Review and Pay
OR
Direct Debit (Pay €10 p/month for 10 months)
Enter in your IBAN bank number and Select Review and Pay
Direct Debit payments will be deducted as €10 p/month and show on your bank account as “Nua Pay” on the 10th* of each month for 10 months.

Please note that if you signed up via direct debit for last year, you are automatically renewed and signed up for 2025

100% commission to clubs above minimum targets.
The first draw will now take place in late March (date yet to be determined). This will incorporate three monthly draws, for January, February and March respectively where the first 90 prizes will be drawn.
Ticket sales for Rebels' Bounty 2025 will close before the first draw takes place. There will be no further entries to the draw for Rebels' Bounty 2025.
CLUB MEMBERSHIP FOR 2025 IS DUE.
Membership for 2025 has gone live. It is imperative that all players, mentors register for insurance purposes and to also to become a member of the club.
We have a variety of membership options from gym, player, non-player, family option, OAP etc. Check it all out the link on our social media channels.

Also note that only fully paid-up Adult members are allowed in the draw for tickets for Cork's championship matches later in the year.
Volunteer for 2025.
As we begin the 2025 season, we are looking for people to volunteer their time however big or small that may be to help out with various tasks within the club. If you are in a position to do so, then contact any member of the executive or via email Secretary.glenville.cork@gaa.ie.

Our Astro pitch is available to rent on an ongoing weekly basis or as a once-off booking. The pitch is ideal for team training, club training or a group of friends who are looking for a venue for their casual 5/6/7 or 8 a side game.
It's also ideal and very popular for children’s birthday parties of all ages.
