Glenville Notes (5th Nov)

Brilliant display by U15s
Glenville: 8-5 Midleton 2: 0-7
In their first competitive fixture since Féile, the u15s started their East Cork Div 1 Championship at home to Midleton 2. Despite a lack of game time together this year, Glenville put in an impressive display and in truth were in command for most of the game.
However , a flurry of scoring opportunities came to nothing for the hosts in the opening ten minutes before they found their range and there wasn't much between the teams at half time. The second half saw Glenville cut loose and the forwards were finding the net with ease.
Glenville meet Erin's Own in the semi-final final on November 17th.
